What is your return policy?
For health and safety reasons, the sauna suit is not eligible for refund or exchange unless in it's in new condition. If the suit has been worn, we cannot accept a return. If you wish to make an exchange or return, all items must be returned in their original packaging. We accept returns on all new-condition, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that V1 of the Contender Sauna Suit is Final sale. We cannot accept returns on Sauna Suit orders placed between August 17th and September 8th.
For V2 of the Contender Sauna Suit (orders placed after September 8th), we can only accept returns on suits in new, unworn condition.
What is your return policy for sale items?
If the item you purchased was on final sale, we cannot issue a refund. If you were given an exclusive discount code for a final sale item, we cannot issue a refund.
You made a mistake in my order, what can be done?
If you've received the wrong product, size or color, just drop us a line at email@example.com
How do I make a return or exchange?
It's simple: just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return or exchange.
Make sure you have your order number. If you don’t know it, one tip is to try searching for “Order Confirmation” in your email inbox.
How do I make a gift exchange?
Drop us a line at email@example.com. The more information you provide about the gift giver, the better.
When can I expect my refund?
It can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We'll send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund. Your refund will issued on the same payment method used during checkout (credit/debit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay etc). Please note that in the case of currency exchanges, you will receive what you paid at the time of purchase.
