What is your return policy?

For health and safety reasons, the sauna suit is not eligible for refund or exchange unless in it's in new, unopened condition. If the suit has been worn, we cannot accept a return. If you wish to make an exchange or return, all items must be in their original, unopened packaging. We accept returns on all unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. 

For all orders, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return postage.

Outbound shipping from our warehouse is not covered, including exchange orders.

For all eligible refunds, we will refund you the total cost minus a $8.00 restocking fee.


What is your return policy for sale items?

If the item you purchased was on final sale, we cannot issue a refund.

How do I make a return or exchange?

It's simple: just send us an email at to initiate your return or exchange. 

Make sure you have your order number. If you don’t know it, one tip is to try searching for “Order Confirmation” in your email inbox.


How do I make a gift exchange?

When can I expect my refund?

It can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We'll send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund. Your refund will issued on the same payment method used during checkout (credit/debit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay etc). Please note that in the case of currency exchanges, you will receive what you paid at the time of purchase.
