Please note that any items purchased with a Black Friday discount can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
What is your return policy?
All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. No exceptions will be made on items worn, trained in, washed, covered in hair, or with an odd smell. Original shipping & return charges will not be refunded. We will cover only reshipping fees from our warehouse to you on exchanges within the Continental USA. Any return/reshipping fee for International orders is the clients sole responsibility.
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the item. When you return an item, it will take 2-5 days to process your refund if all the return conditions are met.
What is your return policy for sale items?
If the item you purchased was on sale (including Black Friday sale items - only eligible for exchanges + returned for store credit), we cannot accept returns. If you were given an exclusive discount code for a sale item, we cannot issue a refund.
You made a mistake in my order, what can be done?
If you've received the wrong product, size or color, just drop us a line at email@example.com
How do I make a return or exchange?
It's simple: just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return or exchange.
Make sure you have your order number. If you don’t know it, one tip is to try searching for “Order Confirmation” in your email inbox.
How do I make a gift exchange?
Drop us a line at email@example.com. The more information you provide about the gift giver, the better.
When can I expect my refund?
It can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We'll send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund. Your refund will issued on the same payment method used during checkout (credit/debit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay etc). Please note that in the case of currency exchanges, you will receive what you paid at the time of purchase. Please note that if your order is lost, we are not responsible for the costs. Any lost packages that are eligible for a refund will be refunded minus a $10 handling fee.
Please note that once an order is placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment. Orders can only be cancelled up to 1 hour after placed (provided we have not already begun processing it).
