What size should I pick in the Contender Sauna Suit?
The Contender Sauna Suit sports a roomy but athletic fit. It is true to size - so if you're a Large in normal T shirts, pick a Large in the Contender Sauna Suit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. If you need help picking a size, you can always just shoot us an email at info@fighthausmma.com and we'll be happy to help out.
What is the Contender Sauna Suit made of?
The Contender Sauna Suit is made of premium lightweight polyester. It's not like the other sauna suits on the market that tear after a few uses. It's made to withstand an intense training regimen and frequent use. The polyester material is light and stretchy enough to allow for a full range of motion, but designed specifically to prevent heat from escaping the suit. Simply put, it's the best on the market.
How do I wash the Contender Sauna Suit?
Flip the sauna suit inside out and wash it with some warm water and light detergent. Then, hang dry the suit. Since it's made of polyester, it doesn't soak up much water and should dry quickly. If the outside is dirty, you can repeat the process with the exterior. We recommend handwashing the suit to extend it's lifespan.

When Will My Order Ship?
All orders ship within 1-2 business days unless on preorder. Preorder items will ship on their estimated shipping date.
Shipping Within USA
We offer free US standard shipping on all orders $100 or more. For all orders under $100, there will be a $10 shipping fee. Our standard U.S. shipping takes about 3 - 8 business days to arrive from the time the order is placed. Express delivery is available for $20 and takes 1-3 business days via UPS. Express shipping is unavailable for PO boxes, FPO addresses, Diplomatic addresses or USPS GoPost.

International Shipping
We offer free international shipping on all orders $150 or more. For all other orders under, there will be a $15 shipping fee ($20 for Australia). Our standard international shipping takes about 7-21 days to arrive from the time the order is placed. While in most cases it is closer to 7-15 days, this is the timeframe provided by our carrier. Express delivery is available and will be calculated at checkout depending on your order.

Import taxes and duties
When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there is a charge called Customs Duty that must apply. This is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.
For all orders within the US and Canada, there will be no import duties or taxes charged.
Unfortunately, FIGHTHAUS is unable to cover the cost of import duties and taxes for orders outside of the US and Canada.
You are liable for import duties taxes charged by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
The final value of your order at checkout excludes any potential import duties and taxes. Your carrier will inform you of any charges that have to be paid to receive your package.

What is your return policy?
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items must be returned in the condition they were packaged and sent within 14 days of delivery. Products covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted. Products that smell like they have been washed will not be accepted. Products that smell like smoke, cologne, or have deodorant markings or sweat stains will not be accepted. All items with a "Final Sale" or "Sale" or that are sold during the holidays are final, and no exchange or returns will be accepted.
We offer free exchanges and the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Once we receive the item, your return or exchange will be processed in 5 - 7 business days.
For all eligible refunds, we will refund you the total cost minus a $8.00 restocking fee.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Can I exchange my item?
Absolutely. Just contact us with a return request and what item you'd like to exchange it for. The item must be of same value or less in order to initiate an exchange. Please note that our return policy still applies - an item that does not match our return policy conditions cannot be exchanged.
If you'd like a more expensive item, we suggest purchasing the new item and returning your old item for a refund.

How do I ship my order back to you?
You can ship your return back to our warehouse through your local post office. For all orders, we cannot cover return postage. Please allow 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process your return.

Where's my refund?
Refunds can take up to 15 business days to fully process. Please note that most of the time, refunds only take a few days and should show up on your statement.
If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund. But if you need to get in touch with Customer Support about your return, please include in your message:

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER
If you're able to contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we may be able to edit your order (unless already shipped). However, in most cases, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, which includes:

My payment was declined
We work with Shopify, which identifies and flags potentially fraudulent orders. There may be times when payments are declined purely out of caution even when they have been made by the legit cardholder and all the correct information is provided. We know that this may be frustrating, but these processes are in place to protect you and the rest of the Fighthaus community.
If your payment is declined, we will contact you and ask that you provide a little more information so that we can unflag the order and approve it's dispatch from our warehouse.

How do I create an account?
To create an account, click the 👤 icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then select "create account". Fill out the appropriate fields, click "create" and you're done.
I forgot my password
Click the 👤 icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Click on the "Forgot?" link and a you will be prompted to enter your email so we can send you a password reset link. If you don't see a reset your password link come to your inbox, it's possible you originally checked out as a guest and don't have an account. We'd suggest trying to create a new account.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, go to the product page on fighthausmma.com for the item you’d like to purchase. Select the size and color that you want by clicking on one of the options below the item description. (Be sure to consult our Size Guide first.).
Finally, click ‘Add to Cart’ This will pull up a Shopping Cart to show you what you have in your bag.
That cart will disappear to allow you to keep browsing, but don’t worry, you can return to it at any time by clicking the cart icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Once you’re ready to complete your order, click the black ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button in the Shopping Cart Sidebar.
This will take you to a new page where you’ll enter your contact and shipping information. You’ll also have the option to use different payment methods at this time if you'd like. Be sure to apply any gift cards or discount codes you have on the right side of the screen! Once you’re done, click the black button labeled ‘Continue to Shipping’
Select the shipping method you’d prefer, and click ‘Continue to Payment’

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal, Google Pay, Apply Pay and Shop Pay.
How do I apply a coupon code?
Once you’ve clicked on the bag icon on the top right corner of your screen, review the contents of your bag and click "CHECKOUT". Enter your code in the field marked "Order Summary" on the right side of your screen. Click "APPLY" and your discount will be deducted from the total. If you're shopping on your mobile device, you will enter the coupon code on the same screen that you enter your payment method. If you have any issues applying your coupon code, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Can I use more than one discount code?
You'll only be able to use one coupon code per order.
However, you can use a gift card with a discount code. A discount code will deduct either a fixed amount or percentage from the subtotal of an order. A gift card, on the other hand, works the same as a predetermined cash balance that deduct from the grand total at checkout. You can apply both during the checkout process by entering the codes into the 'Gift Card or Discount Code' box.

An item was previously on sale, can I get it at the sale price?
Unfortunately not. When we run a sale (which is rare), we only run them for a specific period of time. After the sale ends and the item goes back to it's regular price, we cannot honor the sale price.
Is your website secure?
Our website is built on top of the Shopify platform and is 100% secure. When credit card information is transmitted to our payment processor, it is done with SSL encryption to make sure it's secure. Our payment processor has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the highest level of certification available in the payments industry.
